Upon your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), you will be warmly welcomed by your Tanzania Classic Tours representative and transferred to your hotel in Arusha. Spend the rest of the day relaxing after your international flight or enjoy the hotel’s facilities as you prepare for the exciting safari adventure ahead.

After breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park, famous for its magnificent baobab trees, large elephant herds, and abundant wildlife. Enjoy a full-day game drive through the park’s diverse landscapes while searching for lions, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, wildebeests, and numerous bird species. A picnic lunch will be served inside the park before continuing your afternoon wildlife exploration.

After an early breakfast, journey through the scenic Ngorongoro Conservation Area toward the world-famous Serengeti National Park. Enjoy wildlife sightings along the way before arriving in Central Serengeti for an afternoon game drive. Following breakfast, drive north through the Serengeti ecosystem toward the famous Mara River in Northern Serengeti. This region is renowned for hosting one of nature’s greatest spectacles—the Great Wildebeest Migration River Crossing. Spend the day searching for migrating herds as they brave crocodile-filled waters while predators such as lions, leopards, and cheetahs patrol nearby, creating unforgettable wildlife encounters.

Spend a full day exploring Northern Serengeti, maximizing your chances of witnessing the dramatic Mara River crossings and the incredible wildlife that follows the migration. Depending on the movement of the herds, your experienced guide will position you at the best locations for remarkable wildlife viewing and photography while you search for elephants, giraffes, hyenas, and the Big Five.

After breakfast, enjoy a final morning game drive in Northern Serengeti before making your way back to Central Serengeti. Along the journey, continue spotting wildlife across the endless plains while visiting different areas of the park that offer excellent opportunities to encounter predators and grazing animals in their natural habitat.

After your picnic lunch, continue to the charming town of Karatu for a relaxing evening.

After breakfast, visit the beautiful Lake Manyara National Park, celebrated for its lush groundwater forest, scenic lake, diverse birdlife, playful troops of baboons, and impressive wildlife. Enjoy a final game drive before returning to Arusha or transferring directly to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your onward flight, bringing your unforgettable Tanzania safari to a memorable conclusion.
