Kigongoni Lodge

Kigongoni Lodge is set in natural woodland on a historic 70-acre coffee estate near Arusha. The resort, which is situated on a mountaintop with beautiful gardens, provides spectacular views of Mt Kilimanjaro and Mt Meru. Eighteen huts, fashioned in traditional African designs and materials, are nestled among the woods. The suites, cocktail bar, and restaurant, all of which have fireplaces, are decorated in a warm and inviting style that highlights the site’s distinctive vistas and natural characteristics.

Kigongoni Lodge was built in accordance with and with respect for the values, heritage, and ambitions of the local people. The lodge is home to the Sibusiso Foundation, a facility dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for mentally challenged children and their families.
