After breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park for a full-day game drive. The park is famous for its giant baobab trees and large elephant herds. During the safari, you may also encounter lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffaloes, and antelopes. A picnic lunch will be served during the game drive before continuing with afternoon wildlife viewing.

After breakfast, drive toward Serengeti National Park through the scenic Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Enjoy an en-route game drive as you enter the endless Serengeti plains. Along the journey, you may see giraffes, elephants, lions, zebras, wildebeest, and cheetahs roaming across the savannah.

Full Day in Serengeti National Park

Spend the day exploring the endless plains of Serengeti National Park. Morning and afternoon game drives offer excellent wildlife viewing opportunities throughout the park. Ngorongoro Crater – Karatu

After an early breakfast, descend into the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive. The crater offers one of the best wildlife viewing experiences in Africa, including opportunities to spot lions, elephants, buffaloes, hippos, zebras, hyenas, and possibly the rare black rhino. A picnic lunch will be served at the crater floor before ascending and driving to Karatu for overnight stay.
