Tanzania Classic Tours
These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings, reservations, and travel services provided by Tanzania Classic Tours (“the Company”). By confirming a booking, the client acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a written confirmation (email or signed agreement) and payment of the required deposit.
The Company reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion.
A non-refundable deposit of 30%–50% of the total tour cost is required to confirm a booking.
The balance must be paid at least 30 days prior to arrival in Tanzania. For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other approved payment methods. Any bank or transaction charges are the responsibility of the client.
All cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation charges are calculated based on the date the written cancellation is received:
No refunds will be provided for unused services, late arrival, or early departure.
Any changes requested by the client after confirmation are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
The Company reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, park regulations, road conditions, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond its control.
Clients are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, vaccination certificates, and any other required travel documentation.
Comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, personal injury, evacuation, cancellation, and loss of personal belongings is strongly recommended.
Clients must disclose any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or physical limitations at the time of booking.
The Company reserves the right to decline participation in certain activities if deemed unsafe for the client’s health.
Tanzania Classic Tours acts as an agent for hotels, lodges, airlines, and other service providers. While the Company takes reasonable care in selecting suppliers, it cannot be held liable for injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by third parties.
The Company shall not be liable for events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, strikes, or government restrictions.
The Company shall not be responsible for failure to perform obligations due to force majeure events such as war, terrorism, civil unrest, natural disasters, epidemics, or government actions.
Accommodation is subject to availability at the time of booking. In case of unavailability, the Company reserves the right to provide alternative accommodation of similar standard.
Safari vehicles are operated by qualified drivers/guides. Clients must comply with safety instructions at all times.
All park fees, government taxes, and conservation fees are subject to change without prior notice. Any increases imposed after booking confirmation may be passed on to the client.
Any complaints must be reported immediately to the Company’s representative during the tour to allow for prompt resolution.
If unresolved, complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days after the tour ends.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Tanzanian courts.
By making a booking with Tanzania Classic Tours, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
