1.Booking and Confirmation
To secure a safari tour or trekking adventure with Tanzania Classic Tours, clients must
complete the booking form and pay a deposit. Once the deposit is received, the booking
will be confirmed via email along with the travel itinerary and receipt. A booking is
confirmed once we receive a deposit of 30%–50% of the total tour cost.
The remain balance of the total price payable 4 weeks before arrival or cash on arrival.
For last-minute bookings made within 10-20 days of travel, full payment is required to
confirm the reservation.
2. Payment Methods
Payments can be made through the following methods,
• Bank Transfer
• Credit / Debit Card
All bank transfer fees or transaction charges are the responsibility of the client.
3. Cancellation Policy
Tanzania Classic Tours-Lifetime deposits
Instead of cancelling the tour altogether, one should consider that Tanzania Classic
Tours allows indefinite holds on your deposit, and you will be able to use it for any trip
with us in the future. However, keep in mind that our prices may be increased in the
future (for example, if the park authorities decide to raise the park fees, or the costs of
essential trip supplies grow), and you will have to pay the difference at the time of your
trip. Should you decide to reschedule your safari tour instead of cancelling it altogether,
the lodges and Hotels under your booking are more likely to provide a no-penalty
deferral or reduce the cancelation charges. If a no-penalty deferral is allowed, we will
make every effort to reschedule your whole tour to new dates without changes or a free
cancellation. If a client cancels a confirmed booking, cancellation charges will apply as follows:
More than 60 days before departure- 20% of total tour cost charged.
20–30 days before departure- 50% of total tour cost charged.
