Shira Camp is a scenic high-altitude campsite on the Machame Route, located at approximately 3,840 metres (12,600 ft) above sea level. It sits on the expansive Shira Plateau, one of Kilimanjaro’s most remarkable landscapes, offering wide views of the surrounding mountains and volcanic terrain.
