Your safari begins with a morning transfer to Zanzibar Airport for your scheduled bush flight to the Kogatende Airstrip in the northern part of the Serengeti National Park, upon arrival you will be welcomed by your professional safari guide and begin an exciting game drive through the remote wilderness of the northern Serengeti this region is famous for its dramatic landscapes, abundant wildlife, and seasonal wildebeest migration crossings along the Mara River, you may encounter elephants, giraffes, lions, cheetahs, zebras, and large herds of wildebeest.

Northern Serengeti National Park

After an early breakfast, you drive for a full-day game drive in the Kogatende area of the northern Serengeti National Park this region offers exceptional wildlife viewing opportunities and is one of the best places to witness predators in action. Depending on the season, you may have the chance to observe the spectacular wildebeest migration crossing the Mara River while crocodiles wait nearby. The day will be spent exploring different habitats including riverine forests, open plains, and rocky outcrops where lions and leopards are often seen.
