Upon arrival at Arusha, you will be warmly welcomed by a representative from Tanzania Classic Tours and transferred to your luxury lodge. Take time to relax after your journey and enjoy the beautiful surroundings before receiving a safari briefing from your guide. The remainder of the day is at leisure, allowing you to unwind and prepare for the exciting adventure ahead

Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park for a full-day game drive. Famous for its giant baobab trees and impressive elephant populations, Tarangire is one of Tanzania’s most rewarding wildlife destinations. Explore the park’s diverse landscapes while searching for elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, buffaloes, and numerous bird species. The Tarangire River attracts wildlife throughout the year, creating exceptional opportunities for wildlife viewing and photography. Later, continue to Karatu for dinner and overnight stay.

After breakfast, journey through the scenic Ngorongoro Highlands toward the legendary Serengeti National Park. Upon arrival in Central Serengeti, begin your afternoon game drive across the vast plains and rocky kopjes that are home to abundant wildlife throughout the year. Search for lions, cheetahs, leopards, elephants, giraffes, and large herds of grazing animals while taking in the spectacular scenery that has made the Serengeti world-famous.

Morning Game Drive in Central Serengeti and Drive to Ngorongoro Highlands

After a final morning game drive in the Serengeti, depart for the beautiful Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Enjoy game viewing along the route as you travel through the vast Serengeti ecosystem before ascending into the cooler and greener Ngorongoro Highlands. Arrive at your luxury lodge situated near the crater rim and enjoy spectacular views, elegant surroundings, and exceptional hospitality. Spend the evening relaxing while preparing for the crater safari the following day.

Ngorongoro Crater and Deaprture

After an early breakfast, descend into the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive. This UNESCO World Heritage Site supports one of Africa’s highest concentrations of wildlife and offers excellent opportunities to spot the Big Five. Explore the crater floor while searching for lions, elephants, buffaloes, hippos, hyenas, zebras, wildebeests, and the endangered black rhino. After a picnic lunch surrounded by spectacular scenery, ascend the crater and begin the drive back to Arusha, where your luxury Tanzania safari comes to a memorable conclusion.

The camp is set on the Eastern side of the Ngorongoro Crater’s rim close to the Crater lodge. Just inside the park boundaries our location permits early game drives down to the crater leaving you almost alone to discover this World Heritage Site. Up to 25.000 animals call the crater their home except the Maasai Giraffes who cannot cope with the steep slopes of the crater. The main attraction, and also the most elusive are the 23 Black Rhinoceroses that live inside the crater, maybe the one and only chance to see them in the wild.
