All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email. Refunds are processed based on the date the written cancellation request is received by Tanzania Classic Tours.
Refunds are subject to cancellation fees, third-party supplier policies (lodges, airlines, national parks), and administrative charges.
Deposits are generally non-refundable, as they are used to secure accommodations, park permits, and operational logistics.
However, partial refunds of deposits may be considered if cancellations occur more than 60 days before arrival and if suppliers agree to refund prepayments.

Refunds due to visa denial will be processed according to the standard cancellation policy. Proof of visa denial from the relevant embassy may be required.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14–30 business days.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Bank transfer and card processing fees are non-refundable.
Refund eligibility for discounted packages, last-minute deals, or promotional offers may be more restrictive and will be specified at the time of booking.
Clients are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellation costs, medical emergencies, and unforeseen events.
